Today Advantage Answering+ is a dynamic and growing business, but we started small.
In 1992, our founder purchased a tiny answering service housed in a small room off of a dance studio. It consisted of a handful of clients, seven staff members, three computers that sat upon hollow-core door desks and three chairs. Talk about humble beginnings!
What has always made us different? We know the caring service we provide over the phone gives our clients a real advantage in the quality and professionalism of their business. That’s why we build our amazing team with those that share our passion for contributing to our client’s success by making a positive difference in the lives of others.
We’re a fun and optimistic organization dedicated to working with passion, integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm. The Advantage culture is the heart and soul of our organization—it’s truly ingrained in everything we do.
Now, after nearly 30 years and a lot of hard work, Advantage Answering+ serves over 800 client-focused businesses throughout North America from our advanced Business Telephone Engagement Center in sunny San Luis Obispo, CA. To this day, we’re still proud to be rooted squarely in our community.
